Do I need previous yoga experience to join this course?
No prior yoga experience is necessary! This course is designed for all levels, including beginners. Each session includes clear instructions, options, and gentle guidance to ensure you feel comfortable and confident throughout the program.
What if I have existing back, neck, or joint pain?
If you are under a doctor's care for a current, acute condition, or are recovering from surgery, you must be cleared for exercise by a medical professional before registering.
This course is designed to help ease discomfort caused by poor posture or tension. Movements are gentle and adaptable, with options to suit your individual needs. As always, you’re encouraged to listen to your body and move at your own pace.
Be sure to follow any medical restrictions you have been given and inform the instructor at the first class.
How much time will I need to commit each week?
Each weekly session will last approximately 75 minutes, with simple posture tips and exercises you can easily incorporate into your daily life for lasting results.
Will I need special equipment for this course?
During this course, we will utilize a variety of props to assist in the practice. All props needed will be provided.
If you have any of these things, please bring them: yoga mat, 2 yoga blocks, yoga strap, stretchy resistance band, tennis ball or similar size massage ball, 9" pilates ball.
